Items are shipped within 7-14 business days by DHL after they are purchased. As soon as they ship you will get a confirmation email. We clean and profesionally restore our vintage rugs before sending. Some rugs may need more professional work than others. It is very important that we send you a rug that has been restored to its former glory as much as possible.
Why are some of the rugs "crooked" or not straight?
Handmade rugs are imperfectly perfect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for purchases of $150+
Do you accept returns?
Unless rugs are damaged during shipping, all sales are final. Please ask all questions before buying, and review photos carefully. And know that we take great care to ensure that you will love what you receive. We take extra care to take pictures of the rugs in natural light. We estimate accuracy to be around 95%. Please understand that color perception and variance is normal.

We cannot accommodate returns due to the high cost of shipping involved in shipping the rugs outside of Morocco or bringing them back. If you receive a rug that is damaged in shipping please contact us at email@example.com within one week of purchase.
Do you repair and wash your rugs?
All rugs are washed and profesionally repaired prior to shipment. Vintage rugs may show signs of age and tear. All major wear such as small holes, tears, etc will be restore before we send you the rugs. Abrash (fading colors) fading, missing tassels... are common and will not be repaired.
